Over the last year the need for Mental health services has risen more than ever. Feelings of isolation, loneliness and anxiety have permeated throughout our community. The older adult population has suffered the most by being unable to go about their daily lives as they once had. Unable to see friends and family has only increased these negative feelings. OAC has dedicated therapists who’s mission is to help the population most affected by the national health crisis. However, the first step is to recognize the need for mental health services and seek out those that fit the best.
