With an office location in Fairfax, OAC also provides in-home counseling to individuals who are homebound or reside in long-term care settings.   OAC also offers virtual/telehealth therapy sessions to clients who prefer to meet with a therapist in the comfort and security of their own homes.

With a willingness to provide a variety of session options and a commitment to bill Medicare and other private insurance providers, OAC is both accessible and affordable to those seeking mental health treatment. OAC Practice is guided by a person-centered approach and strength-based model to treat emotional distress, depression, anxiety, family stressors, grief and bereavement.  Our therapists have extensive experience working with both adult and older adults as they face complex issues in their unique journey through life.
