    Sharon is a Clinically Licensed Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in aging and healthcare. She has worked in long-term care, skilled nursing, long-term acute care, acute care, and ambulatory care settings. Sharon uses her extensive experience to provide compassionate and effective support, addressing the diverse needs and challenges of older adults from a client-centered and strengths-based perspective. She employs interventions from modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, and validation therapy. Sharon earned her undergraduate degree from Florida A&M University and her graduate degree from Florida State University.
