Ms. Giza is a clinical social worker, licensed in Maryland and Virginia with over thirty years’ experience in the social work field. Ms. Giza provides individual therapy to adults, who are struggling with issues related to relationships, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, caregiving, grief and loss, and end of life. She has worked with a variety of different populations, including children, families, and adults. Her approach to therapy is compassionate, strength based, and client centered. Ms. Giza’s current clinical focus and interest is working with adults, especially older adults. She possesses a strong understanding and concern for issues unique to older adults and seeks to create a safe and supportive environment to foster personal growth and healing.

Ms. Giza is currently working part-time and provides home visits in areas of Centreville, Chantilly, Fairfax, Vienna, and western Prince William County.  She also provides virtual services as requested.
